Requirements: The client is a software development services company in Europe. The requirement was to develop a chat bot for their client, which was a restaurant.
Solution:
DNJ Indiego developed an AI-based chatbot solution which assists customers visiting the booking app with the following:

  • Checking for Availability
  • Making Reservation
  • Modify Reservation
  • Cancel Reservation
  • Confirm Reservation

We integrated the chat bot solution with multiple booking engines so that it could make reservations for all restaurants in the region using different booking engines.
The number of bookings after the chat bot was implemented had risen by more than 45% in the first quarter.
