Requirements: The client is a travel agent in Europe, assisting customers book train and bus tickets for travel. In order to operate the bookings efficiently and reduce human overhead, the client wanted to develop a chat bot system to effectively help their customers book tickets.

Solution: DNJ Indiego develop a Chat Bot application which performed the following functions:

• Travelers can book travel tickets by stating where and when they’d like to travel in the states.
• The Chat bot assists the customer by pre-filling forms and providing guidance through the scheduling and booking process.
• Chat bot provides information on what items can be carried during the travel or make suggestions on hotel reservations in the respective states.

With the implementation of the chat bot, the client saw an increased book rate and efficiency in booking by customers.
