Solution: DNJ Indiego analyzed the online and previous historical data from the production line and analyzed the correlation of events which were causing blockage. We identified that the problem regularly occurred a couple of hours after a specific combination of parameters in the distilator and the reactor.
Based on these findings, our solution provided a prediction alert to the operational team before the blockage occurred again.
As a result of this, the company returned to optimal production capacity and the team was able to track the correct predictive maintenance schedule.
